Le Collectionist is looking for an exceptional candidate to join our ambitious and friendly Marketing team in Verbier.

You will combine an enthusiastic and authentic approach for our three brands, Le Collectionist, Bramble Ski and Haute Montagne, and most importantly show genuine passion and knowledge of the luxury travel industry and marketing.

The position will be based from our Le Chable head office.

The role will cover both Le Collectionist, Bramble Ski and Haute Montagne brands across all of the resorts we operate in.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting in loading information into the CRM and onto the websites and FTP site as directed by the marketing team

• Assistance with SEO work, including checking and inserting tags and keywords into all existing internet content (e.g. the blog)

• Monitoring social media interaction and creating content inline with the brand and marketing strategy

• Assistance may be required in generating marketing material on any of our chalets or resorts

• Manage a calendar of all major events in the ski/summer resorts that we operate

• Assist with the creation and editing of content for the blog and newsletter

• Assist with planning and hosting marketing events

• Assistance with managing the communications database

• Assist with organising and styling photoshoots across all six resorts

• Assist with update and organising Google Drive

• Assist with preparing training materials, weekly and monthly reports

• Assist the pre-arrival concierge team with pre-arrival duties, booking services, responding to guest requests, inputting information in the CRM, and any other areas they may need assistance with

• Assist on the overall email management systems (Newsletter and Email Strategy)

• You must possess an EU/Swiss passport or a valid work/residency permit for the country you are applying to work in.

• We are looking for a professional candidate with strong commercial acumen, outstanding communication skills and a great team player.

• You have experience with content creation and copywriting.

• You are fluent in English (spoken and written), French and German language preferable but not essential.

• You are proficient and confident in using the latest technologies.

• You are familiar with social media strategies, platforms and latest trends.

• You possess an ability to multitask, take initiative and are hard working, with an motivation to learn and develop your skills.

• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and an eye for detail.
