As a member of the Global MBP (Merchandising Buying Planning) team, you will work with different departments: Merch, Finance, Supply Team. And you will be a contact point for each of our 5 Regions.
Work in a multicultural team and be exposed to different business models and functions which will make you understand the process of selling a collection from product selection to the final delivery to customers.

Missions

Support Buying and Sell-out analysis globally - All categories

• Coordinate with the Regions according to the Buying calendar
• Support and follow up with the Regions to ensure clean database
• Work closely with key counterparts to collect and consolidate consistent data base
• Help to prepare Global presentations supports

Own the Footwear buying and merch planning

• Liaise with Finance on Regional sales plan on the category
• Review Regional buy plan with the stock equation
• Coordinate with Supply on the phasing
• Manage the forecast and buy across Regions
• Ensure the consistency the buy/forecast
• Consolidate & analyze of forecasts transmitted from the Regions
• Prepare business analysis
• Become the point of contact for our B2B forecasting/buying tool

• Qualifications & required experience:
• End of studies internship: Master (preferably business school)
• Previous internship experience as Business Analyst or Merch Planning role
• Organized, structured, autonomous and proactive
• Very good sense of analysis and synthesis
• Product awareness esp. Footwear lover!
• Advanced knowledge of the Office pack (very good level of Excel & PowerPoint).
• English essential
