Mission: Responsible for consolidating the offer structure [from the beginning to buys] - working closely with Merchandisers in each BU
Helps driving strategy for transversal & topline decisions (tools & product focus analysis) for CODIR
Collection Merchandising reports: coordinates the transverse reports on collection landings across men, women, kids and performance
- Initiates Collection Plan & Price Mapping tools every season and produces transverse reports and landings at key collection milestones: structure brief, sketching validation, pre-proto line review, editing, GSM
- Coordinates with Collection Merch across men, women, kids and performance to secure easy consolidation through common tools
- Provide global landings for the whole textile collection (including spe, ops) all along the collection to better drive collection efficiency, size, volumes, UP
- Participate to tools improvement, ie projecting SPE, managing adapted...
Strategic analysis: leads analysis to fuel the Product strategy
- Consolidates landings and projections for Strategic plans and budgets
- Links with Finance team to detail targets top down across gender & universe
- Realizes pricing studies and coordinates ad-hoc price increase initiatives. Serves as Key contact for Pricing benchmark tool, liaising with MBP Pricing team
- Participates to the evolution of merchandising attributes (implementation in systems (PLM) and use by teams) & tools, to implement the strategic axis into the data and serve the strategic projections
- Key contact for product roadmaps 2028
- Performs ad-hoc strategic analysis to support key decision making
