Descriptif du poste

The future position holder will support the Director Global Real Estate and the Real Estate Managers by creating, analyzing and visualizing commercial and real estate KPIs through the following main responsibilities:

Real Estate data management

  • Manage the partnership with service providers (lease management, external data, …)
  • Update the reporting platform (Qliksense) and work on improvements with IT
  • Train on the tools and partner with multiple internal stakeholders (real estate, accounting, controlling, retail…) to keep data quality high and to maximize business value derived from the various features
  • Investigate new ways of combining existing or potential new data which could drive business value

Follow up, recommendations and action plans

  • Support management and brands with relevant data about sales, clients, KPIs Retail business forecasts
  • Coordinate and implement periodic, concise retail reporting and business analysis
  • Provide support in preparing negotiations with key landlords

Profil recherché


Completed university education in a relevant field, preferably Business Economics or Real Estate

Minimum 5 years of successful experience in audit, controlling or business analysis in the retail and/or luxury industry

Interpersonal skills:

  • Proven track record in the Real Estate / (retail) property, lease or rental sector a plus
  • Strong and proven analytical skills
  • Structured and process-oriented thinking
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with international teams and with cross functions
  • Qliksense, MS Office
  • Fashion industry knowledge a plusStrong understanding of figures analysis and knowledge of data intelligence: cost analysis, risks
  • Ability to business partner with the functions (CEOs, Leadership team) and bring professionalism and expertise in real estate analyses
  • Proven track record and strong results of costs savings and network optimisation
  • Strong lateral leadership qualities and management skills, to embark and influence
  • Natural curiosity and ability to take initiatives, aligning best practices
  • Embody brand values: Authenticity, Elegance, Positive Thinking and Fair Play mindset
  • Smart attitude, jovial personality, high level of social intelligence, outgoing person
  • Ability to work under pressure
