Descriptif du poste
- Manage and analyze multiple data sources (Safety by Yoobic, Safety leadership Teams app, open-source, travel risk management platform, TAPA, etc.), ensuring accurate information collection and dissemination
- Suggest additional valuable data sources
- Identify topics which are of strategic importance for the brand and provide actionable intelligence insights and threat assessments
- Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of frameworks and tools linked to the security management system
- Create content to support business units, including process reviews, S&OP, and best practices
- Monitor global security trends and threats, providing timely intelligence updates and risk assessments
- Provide tailored written or verbal travel security briefings to business travelers
- Collaborate with all internal operations owners and external stakeholders to integrate intelligence into broader security and Brands' strategies
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of security management systems to maintain high standards of performance
- Support in incident response and crisis management activities
- Promote a culture of intelligence-led security within the organization
- Provide constructive suggestions to improve existing procedures
Profil recherché
- Bachelor's degree in security management, Political Sciences, International Relations, Intelligence Studies, or a related field
- A previous experience in intelligence analysis, security management, or a related field is desirable
- Keen interest in current affairs, geopolitics, and international security issues
- Strong analytical skills and experience in open-source intelligence collection and analysis. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to draft and present clear and concise briefings on complex and evolving issues
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Confidence in interacting with a senior leadership audience
- Proficiency with intelligence analysis tools and software
- English language ability.
