ABOUT YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a experienced IT Data Product Line Manager to join FDJ United to help us define and lead a strategic product vision for our group over a 3 to 5-year period, in coordination with the company's overall strategies. You will guide the Data Product Line Roadmap, and the potential Product instantiations for our international contexts, existing and futures.

This role, attached head of data Lottery information system, is pivotal in aligning the IT Data Product Line Roadmaps with business needs. You will play a central role in shaping FDJ's IT Data Products, allowing digital growth, and bringing innovations for our data analysts, data scientists and also for all IT ecosystem.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Collaborate with head of data & AI strategy, solution architects, products owners, and data gouvernance for translation of Business strategy into an IT strategy.

• Develop a strategic product vision for the data platform, data as a product, and data analytics, specifically for the Lottery sector, both in France and internationally.

• Define the pluri-annual Products roadmaps, focusing on bringing the best value at the right time for the right cost.

• Define clear and measurable objectives to achieve this vision.

• Drive the achievement of these objectives through key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to align data initiatives with the group's strategies.

• Collaborate with other IT data entities within the group to cross experiences and capitalize on best practices via a datatech community.

• Conduct technological and strategic monitoring to anticipate market trends and adapt the strategy accordingly.

TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, WE BELIEVE YOU HAVE… 

We seek candidates experimented in Product Management, with strong Technology appetite and solid data ecosystem background.

• You are used to build Business Cases on strategic initiatives, analysing return on investment and defining Product value.

• You have a proven track record of developing multiple product strategies and roadmaps, from design to execution, in international contexts.

• You have proven experiences on Data platforms transformation (on premise, hybrid and cloud solution), & data architecture.

• You have a good understanding of market trends in AI, Generative AI (IAGen), Agentic, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and a first experience.

• Your strong technical background (former experience as a Software Engineer, Solution Data Architect or Business Analyst), allows you to collaborate efficiently with committed and highly proficient Tech teams.

• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to manage priorities and align stakeholders across diverse, international teams.

• You have experience working in cross-functional organizations (e.g., Tribes & Squads).

• You have the ability to synthesize complex information and clearly articulate the strategic vision.
