Job description

The mission of the Food Partners Acquisition Lead is to source, onboard and engage food partners for La Belle Assiette.

In a context of rapid growth, our main objective is to hire new chefs and engage our Chefs community in France, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Belgium to maximize our conversion rate thanks to a highly curated and broad supply, engaged chefs who have quality and updated content available for direct booking.

Just like our users rate La Belle Assiette very highly (4.8/5 on Google reviews), the Food Partners Acquisition Lead will strive for creating strong and enduring relationships with our Chefs community.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will:

  • Under the guidance of the Head of Operations, you will define and create a sourcing and onboarding strategy for Chefs, that satisfies our supply qualitative and quantitative goals ;
  • Apply this strategy to hire new Chefs each month following KPIs ;
  • Improve and create new processes for Chef’s onboarding ;
  • Monitor the content on Chef’s profiles to increase chef availability ;
  • Suggest, test and run news communication/event and partnership initiatives to increase La Belle Assiette’s awareness with Chefs and inbound leads within budget and RoI constraints ;
  • (Optional) Development of commercial offers for chefs to increase engagement (training, professional kitchen equipment, find new partnerships …)
  • You will cover the following markets : France, UK, Switzerland and Belgium/Luxembourg

Preferred experience

You are/have:

  • (Phone) sales skills : lead generation, pitch, use of CRM, run sales sequences, nurture, convert ;
  • Presents well and builds trust with the Chefs ;
  • A clear understanding of what “being adaptable and agile” means: we are a fast moving company and procedural changes need to be implemented quickly!
  • Autonomous ;
  • Multi-tasking ;
  • Proactive ;
  • Calm under pressure ;
  • An eye for quality content (editorial & visuals), excellent level of spelling ;
  • Interest in food industry ;
  • Native-level French speaker ;
  • Excellent English to communicate well with Chefs in the UK and the rest of the La Belle Assiette team.
