1. Identify, challenge and prioritize business & technical needs in collaboration with product owner

2. Based on user centricity, design new application to deliver best business value

3. Supervise and lead development team, master application code and provide development and technical guidelines/best practices in respect for the principles of architecture and urbanization.

4. Lead projects in Agile, think MVP

5. Implement / promote project management good practices, ensure their understanding

6. Build, deliver, and maintain/support several applications to maximize value for users

7. Participate in the appropriation and dissemination of new technical stacks

8. Perform and/or supervise unit testing and bring support to users for acceptance testing

9. Communicate with stakeholders, elaborate and report regular global status on projects and support activities you will be responsible for, underlining the main alerts or attention points and synthesizing action plans undertaken

10. Supervise and ensure the right contribution of multiple interfaced projects/teams

• C# and object-oriented development. Front JS, containerization. Good understanding of databases, conceptual models, physical models. Object design, use of WebServices, code streamlining/refactoring.

• Knowledge and /or willingness to learn, understand and help appropriation of new technologies (Cloud, Containerization, Devops…) and improve systems

• Knowledge of Agile project management.

Experience: 

• University degree (engineer profile) with > 3 years’ experience in application development
