In this role, this could be your next day-to-day:

Program Framing

• Align business stakeholders on requirements and priorities

• Frame multi-stakeholder Program Scope

• Study Program feasibility & Estimate Costs

• Define Roadmap and Financial Framework

• Launch RFPs (Software & Integrator)

• Define the Program Operating Model to deliver on time and with the right quality

Program Management

• Define Governance & Lead Governance bodies

• Manage all the stakeholders (L’Oréal and Partners)

• Deliver with Agile mindset regarding scope & organization

• Track Progress and escalate risks

• Define risk mitigation plan

• Manage budget (actuals & forecast)

• Report to top management including L’Oréal Global CIO

Delivery / Build

• Provide guidelines/best practices

• Supervise development teams & software editors

• Supervise functional / technical specifications writing

• Supervise Product delivery

• Supervise Quality Assurance processes

• Lead evolutive & corrective maintenance processes

• Define & track Build KPIs

Run / End user Support

• Define & supervise “incident management processes”

• Define & supervise “service request management processes”

• Define & supervise “program management processes”

• Define & track Run SLAs

• Demonstrates to be a Strong Team Leader with a collaborative mindset,

• Strong experience on Program Framing Phases (from ideation to Program Setup)

• Strong experience on Program Management

• An experience on complex and multi-Client Program Delivery

• Technical & Functional Expertise on Digital Asset Management Processes

• Technical & Functional Expertise on Digital Media Creation / Adaptation Processes

• Excellent writing and oral communication skills

• Considering the multi-cultural environment: fluent in English & French

A plus would be to have:

• Worked on and / or delivered a Project related to Digital Asset Management

• Worked on and / or delivered a Project related to Digital Asset Creation / Adaptation

• Ability to build collaborative relationships with both users and stakeholders

• Problem solving, strong analytical skills
