You will integrate the Transactional Finance Domain within the IT Global organization in charge of the Run activities and Projects impacting the different SAP Core solutions and/or satellite applications.
Your role is to guaranty, design, specify, build and maintain a solution aligned with Group processes & norms in an international context.
Due to an historic L’Oréal organization, there is today 2 main SAP Core solutions, one for the “Affaires” and the other one for the “Factories”, both on ECC6. In addition, there is also a stand-alone SAP with a dedicated solution to manage the Corporate activity.
Your main challenge will be to maintain the 3 different solutions respecting the different levels of support and methodologies and the different IT and business stakeholders by solution.
L’Oréal also launched a big transformation program to rationalize and redesign all the L’Oréal processes and landscape based on SAP S/4 for all L’Oréal entities worldwide. Once the pilot live on this new solution, the run activities of this new Core will be transferred to the Run team, our team for the Finance scope, most probably at the end of this year.
You will join a complex organization and you will work on both run and project activities with a lot of challenges in an international context. Your stakeholders on business side will be the Financial direction of L’Oréal, the Controlling, Accounting and Treasury departments, and you will be also in contact to the local business in countries. Your stakeholders on IT side will be all the other teams that could be involved on integrated topics (Operations, Architecture, Developments, Data…).
You will have to be a referent on the process you work on.
Your main responsibility will be to:
Participate to Group / local projects and demands providing your expertise on processes, SAP and the existing solutions (take the data custodian role in case of data projects).
Work with the Métier Group and local business on their requirements and validate the preferred solution considering the context and the constraints.
Ensure Group Core System solutions.
Ensure the L4 support respecting the ITSM principles.
Ensure the integration with other domains and teams.
Transfer the knowledge on within the team, to the AMS, to local IT teams on solutions implemented.
Develop and maintain an effective communication with all stakeholders.
Deliverables:
Write WS support and lead workshops in coordination with business experts (Métier Group / Local Business / Project director)
Write SAP specifications (interfaces, enhancements, reports, forms, conversion)
Write ECC customizing guide & Customize SAP
Test solution and assist User Acceptance Tests
Participate to integration issues solving & integration tests
Contribute to change management activities

And finally, you may not be an expert with all requirements listed below, however, you must show great curiosity in understanding the non-mastered technologies.
