In this role, this could be your next day-to-day:

L’Oréal is in a period of growth in digital and is building a dynamic and multidisciplinary team from different backgrounds to deliver on our exciting mission to accelerate our Beauty Tech transformation.

To strengthen the It team and anticipate the future organization changes in the domain, we are looking for a 3 to 5 years experienced Business analyst that will integrate the team

1. You will discover the factories logistics flows

2.  It is important to have significant experience in SAP LE (SD-MM), understanding of Warehouse operations flows

3. You will be exposed to the L’Oréal project methodology

4. You will lead the technical rollout for some projects on sites (Mostly France plants but can be in other countries in the world)

5.  In this scope, you will work on SAP related projects and on others for solutions interfaced with SAP

You will have to demonstrate ability to:

1. Support “business process owners” in the definition of their needs and translate them into specifications for customizing/enhancement IT applications.

2. Identify the relevant technical solution and application architectures required to meet the long-term technical and business needs.

3. Write functional specification, plan and perform testing campaign and deliver new solution feature to optimize or enhance the core solution.

4. Analyze the impact of proposed solutions on the domain processes

5. Lead projects including interactions with external solutions providers or other contributors from business or IT areas.

6. Have excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills

7. Have an active listening to meet the expectations of the customers

8. Excellent organizational and time-management skills

A plus would be to have:

• Experience in SAP/4 and SAP-WM environment would be an added value.

• Experience in MES is considered as an added value

• Experience in BI domain is considered as an added value

• Experienced of project in an international context

•  be curious in understanding the non-mastered aspects such as Agile ways of working (Agile, Scrum, )

And finally:

• Very Good level of English and French

• Advanced degree in engineering or technical/scientific field of study

• About 2-5 years in IT Supply Chain domain
