Your challenge:

A unique trusted IT point of contact for different stakeholders
Ability to convince, negotiate and federate different teams to achieve goals
Your mission:
Framing and Build of applications
Collect and challenge new business needs
Manage relations with business teams, Finance transformation, IT
Define requirements and draw up functional and technical specifications
Build and update the project roadmap
Define the Build and Run budget
Launch RFIs (Request For Information) or RFPs (Request For Proposal)
Build scorecard to select provider
Prepare support documents for validation bodies DRC (Domain Review Committee), CPF (Committee Priorization Finance), CPP (Committee Priorization Project), Governance Committee, etc.
Prepare and lead the IT Design Authority for all new applications: IT architecture, infrastructure, IT sustainability, Data, AI, Data privacy, security, etc.
Draft test scenarios and manage the user acceptance test phase
Communicate regularly and keep all stakeholders informed of project progress.
Run of applications :
Manage relations with businesses, external providers and IT teams
Build application maps (functional and technical)
Prepare, lead and draft reports for monthly/quarterly application committees.
Measure the value of applications in production (ITSM KPI, adoption KPI, operational KPI, technical KPI, budget via Power BI or Low-code no-code reports)
Create, update and follow-up incident tickets, enhancement requests, service requests and projects in Service Now
Change Management:
Produce quarterly newsletters on achievements, current projects, application maintenance (Run)
Change management (writing articles on new applications in production, Onboarding videos and user training, update documentation)
Set up and maintain the Corporate Finance IT team activity website (SharePoint)

💡 In this specific position, it will be important for you to have:
Mastery of project management methodologies is essential to manage projects
Good general IT knowledge (application integration, development, infrastructure) is a mandatory topic to manage technical aspects in daily applications,
Good oral and written communication skills is to share the vision
A plus would be to have knowledge on:
Ability to Analyze, Synthesize and Formalize is useful for framing phase
Ability to understand functional requirements and business challenges: listening and adaptation skills to be able to help businesses to achieve their goal
