As part of the IT Transformation Program and to support the new organization, the Group CIO Office & Transformation team is looking for new talents.
As a Chief Product Officer, you will be able to plan, organize, manage and follow up the Move to Product Transformation including the following activities:

• Lead the Product Center of Excellence as a community to grow and develop Product Teams around the world
• Guide our leaders to strategize and execute the Product shift among their teams
• Assess Agile Maturity and Product Frame Compliance within Product Teams and suggest strategy toward Product Team maturity
• Identify issues and share learnings related to Products in L’Oréal worldwide with Senior Leadership and Products Teams
• Review/ Follow-up the metrics related to product performance and track them on an ongoing basis
• Build a strong Product Team community and culture across the organization
• Work with various Product Team roles, including Product Owners, Product Managers, Scrum Masters, UX/UI Designers and Development Teams to improve their competency level
• Guide Product Teams in their ability to self-organize and maximize Agile/Product principles in their ways of working
• Provide advice for all levels of the organization to promote Agile mindset among Product Teams
• Mentor teams to greater cross-functional partnership and collaboration
• Grow Agile practices and use of tech tools within Product Teams to promote continuous delivery across the board
• Partner with the Learning Team to provide guidance to Product Team trainer on L’Oréal Product needs
