Here’s how you will have a role to play in this team:
Act as ESG quantitative KPI Process Guardian
Drive roadmap and strategy of global process and norms regarding ESG quantitative KPI in close collaboration with CSRD gap analysis
Be responsible for the design of ESG quantitative KPI reporting process
Provide functional expertise on the tool used in ESG reporting to be developed
Advise and arbitrate on norms and process design decision in global projects impacting ESG quantitative KPI and applicable at Group level (cross domain)
Design with Internal Control efficient control framework
Perform continuous improvement.
Conduct analysis, identify opportunities of improvement, propose nex initiative cross domain towards ESG quantitative KPI quality (time, quality, efficiency, …), standardization and innovation
Provide guidance to experts on targeted op. models, controls, transversal management rules (Hist/comp, acquisitions)
Prioritize and drive initiatives
Drive performance and change
Set performance targets of processes and monitor outcome
Support and challenge sustainable finance and experts managing the processes
Interest in process design, adaptation of tools, continuous improvement
Business acumen
Deep Knowledge of regulation associated to ESG
Finance background / Internal audit background is a plus
