YOUR FUTURE TEAM

Join our Beauty Tech Human Resources team as an Executive Assistant. Here’s the role you’ll play on this team:

A true pillar of the team, you will assist the Human Resources Department with the following tasks:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Managing complex schedules, organizing meetings, travel, and FITs
• Administrative support: mail, FedEx, supplies, expense reports (DEDs, IT/phone requests, banking contacts…)
• Smooth internal communication and coordination with other assistants
• Organizing team events (seminars, breakfasts, etc.).
• Being a facilitator for the team
• Managing unforeseen events with a problem-solving mindset
• Ordering intra-group products
• Managing projects according to department organization: taking charge of all or part of a project, coordinating project progress with internal or external partners, managing contacts with stakeholders based on their level of contribution to the project.
