Summary:
The Employee Engagement & Event role will focus on creating a positive employee experience, driving a culture of collaboration and innovation, and ensuring that employees feel valued, connected, and aligned with the organization’s mission and values. The manager will be a champion for employee voice, working to understand employee needs and concerns, and translating those insights into actionable initiatives that improve the overall employee experience. Must have extensive expertise in an event agency and managing, 3 rd party providers in France and Europe.
