Mission
Elevate: Enhance, formalize, and continually communicate our Data Migration strategy for ONE PROFILE project.
Coordinate: Support the end-to-end data migration from our current HR system to SuccessFactors, including Data Cleansing, execution, and checks.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and Coordination:
Define key milestones and detailed planning for Data Migration.
Collaborate with HR Business Functions to identify Data Cleansing needs.
Communicate the plan, RACI, and tools to all stakeholders.
Data Cleansing:
Oversee data cleansing activities at the local level.
Provide guidance to countries for data cleansing in current systems.
Data Migration:
Coordinate actors for the design and setup of data migration methodology.
Document Data Migration procedures.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Assist in preparing data migration files for specific populations.
Collaborate with stakeholders for successful data import.
Provide guidelines for data migration validation.
Execute Data Migration tasks when necessary.
Data Validation:
Coordinate and support teams in quantitative & qualitative data migration validation.
Publish data migration KPIs for each iteration.
Project Management:
Monitor and review progress in data cleansing and migration activities.
Ensure project delivery on time, cost, and quality.
Communicate regularly on progress and risks.
Recommend workload adaptations.
Promote continuous improvement.
Ecosystem:
Reports to the Stream Leader Data & Analytics.
Manages a central Data migration team.
Coordinates a transversal team of Data migration.
Collaborates closely with various teams, including ONE PROFILE Central project team, HRIS teams, Local project teams, and more.
At least 5 years’ experience with SAP SuccessFactors data migration, knowledge of SAP HR on-premise is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Vlookup, pivot tables, macros).
Database operation and data quality assessment expertise.
Process documentation ability.
Capability to train teams on data migration procedures.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong English and French communication skills.
