In partnership with the laboratories, our Evaluation Intelligence department’s mission is:

  • To ensure the perceived performance, relevance, and coherence of new beauty experiences for our consumers,
  • And also to identify and validate the claims that will enhance the value of the group’s future launches and renovations.


We work for all Cosmetics categories (skincare, makeup, hygiene) and all the Group’s brands.

To further enhance the development and impact of our innovations, we are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Research Manager to join our dynamic team, specifically supporting our Dermatological Beauty brands.

This pivotal role will focus on leading and executing clinical studies to substantiate claims for innovative skincare products for global launches, ensuring they meet the highest standards of scientific rigor and regulatory compliance.

What can you expect as a Clinical Research Manager - Skincare Valorization for Dermatological Beauty Brands?

This role offers an exciting opportunity to design, coordinate, and implement clinical studies that provide objective assessments of new concepts, technologies, and formulas, while also delving into consumer perception and behavior. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our dermatological beauty brands maintain their position at the forefront of skincare innovation.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Study Design and management: Independently develop and execute robust clinical study protocols to evaluate the efficacy of skincare products, adhering to Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Project Management: Oversee all aspects of clinical studies, from protocol development and vendor selection to data collection, analysis, and report generation, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Claim Substantiation: Generate robust scientific data to support product claims, collaborating with development laboratory, marketing and regulatory teams to ensure claims are accurate, compelling, and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Knowledge Sharing and Expertise: Disseminate your expertise in clinical research methodology and dermatological science through internal and external communications, presentations, and publications.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and implement best practices in clinical research, staying abreast of the latest advancements in the field.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, regulatory affairs, and external partners such as Clinical Research Organizations (CROs). Contribute to a strategic vision for clinical research operations within the dermatological beauty brands, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.


Your assets for success:

  • Pharm D or master’s degree or PhD in a scientific discipline (e.g. Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences) or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of successful experience in clinical research, with a proven track record of successfully managing clinical trials ideally within dermatology, medical device or food supplement industries.
  • Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practices (GCP), clinical trial methodology, and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Extensive experience working with CROs and managing external vendor relationships.
  • Team Spirit and Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate your ideas and projects clearly.
  • Leadership and Influence: Ability to take initiatives, defend your convictions, and unite people around your projects.
  • Intellectual Curiosity and Innovation: Desire to learn, discover, and contribute to the advancement of cosmetic science.
  • Autonomy and Proactivity: Ability to work independently and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Rigor and Organization: Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent English
