Your future missions:
Coordinate the resources and means to deliver the service on the perimeter of mobile apps development. Including but not limited to Mobile Developers (Front and Back end), QA testers, Web Developers, Data Analysts.
Orchestrate the requests from the different Product Owners and Run/Scale Manager.
Operationally manage the relevant part of the outsourcing contracts.
Ensure the proper execution of incident, change, service request, problem, configuration, capacity, and performance management processes in compliance with commitments made or subscribed to.
Study and implement actions for the continuous improvement of operational processes and ensure continuous alignment of managed services with business needs; as well as resources
Responsible for operations in accordance with contractual service level objectives; the overall quality and compliance of the service provided;
In charge of reporting, KPI, SLA and other reports on the quality of operations;
Participates in review meetings and steering committees;
Responsible for contract cost management and, in this context, business optimization

Requirements
Advanced degree in engineering or technical/scientific field of study
+5 years in Engineering
Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to:
8+ years of experience on the delivery of complex IT programs/projects.
5 years’ experience in a leadership role & managing resource.
Mobile app development experience
Project/Program management
Perfect mastery of agility
Outsourcing contract management
Incident and change management
Strong communication skills in both French and English.
Proactive in processes building, autonomous & reactive, solution orientated
Ability to work independently and take the lead on sometimes sensitive topics.
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain effective working relations with all stakeholders
High focus on customer services and quality through a strong attention to details and rigor)
Experience in an international environment
