Consumer Insights refer to the understanding of consumer behavior, needs, preferences, and motivations . It involves gathering data and analyzing consumer attitudes, opinions, and behaviors to gain a deep understanding of their needs and desires. Consumer insights help businesses make informed decisions about product development, marketing strategies, and customer experience.

Market Insights focus on understanding the broader market landscape, including industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics . It involves analyzing market data, competitive intelligence, and industry reports to identify opportunities and threats. Market insights help businesses stay ahead of the competition, identify new market segments, and make strategic business decisions.

KEY MISSION : Launch of a new BRAND EQUITY TRACKER

  • Organize the set-up of a new consumer program dedicated to brand equity assessment
  • Liaise with the agency, and with all countries (25+ countries) / with 4 divisions to ensure the launch of the program, support the roll-out, and ensure adoption
  • Monitor the weekly calls with the agency / regular calls with core team and countries, to ensure the full respect of deadlines
  • Ensure the development of a new dashboard with the agency, meeting needs from all teams / facilitate the alignment of teams regarding those needs
  • Develop training & coaching material and webinar sessions with the agency, to onboard all teams and ensure the smooth implementation of the program
  • Run ad-hoc analysis on first results / help L’Oreal teams to access information
  • Organize the communication tools and the publication of the first results


OTHER MISSIONS
  • Develop ad hoc analysis on consumer trends (from publication from agencies, social listening, reports published by regions/countries)
  • Develop social listening studies / alerts on some key transversal topoics (generations, genders…)
