Major responsibilities include:
· Leading and supervising the implementation of loyalty programs with a strategic view
· Project planning and ensuring deadlines are adhered to
· Managing and monitoring program budgets
· Managing client expectations and ensuring a high quality of service
· Aligning and coordinating with cross-departmental teams that are responsible for all aspects of a project, such as Logistics, Concept & Design, Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain and Sales
· Supervising in-store operations and marketing executional excellence
· Monitoring program data and results on a weekly basis, and recommending an action plan further to this analysis
Supporting the Sales team in both process and presentations with the creation of projections
· A bachelor’s degree (a background in Engineering a plus)
· 3 to 5 years’ experience in the industry or FMCG (or equivalent), in a Project Management role – experience in Sales or Planning a plus
· Fluent in English and French, with excellent communication skills (daily verbal and written contact with our teams in the Netherlands and Italy)
· Proactive and able to take initiative to get things done
· Solutions-oriented and able to think outside of the box
· Experience in a client-facing role with food retailer distribution centres and central logistics departments
· Well able to work under pressure
· Excellent analytical skills and comfortable with data and numbers
· A team player, always looking to share new ideas and solutions
