About The Role:
Join our dynamic Professional Services team, helping clients gain control over their treasury, risk, and liquidity operations. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll oversee projects from client engagement to go-live, bringing expertise in onboarding, project management, and technical coordination with clients. You'll tackle diverse and challenging projects across industries and regions, participate in business development, and receive personalized training to support your growth as a project manager.
Key Tasks:
Oversee daily project delivery, managing scope, budgets, timelines, and resources for multiple projects.
Track project metrics and health in Kyriba’s PSA tool, including go-live dates and budgets.
Monitor and report on project hours and budgets.
Ensure projects stay within agreed scope; manage changes using a shared risk, issue, and change log.
Lead scope and budget discussions with clients, raising change orders as needed.
Proactively handle risks, issues, and changes; communicate openly with clients and teams.
Hold regular project oversight meetings with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
Foster teamwork and collaboration through clear communication and regular discussions.
Review and approve implementation consultants’ timesheets promptly.
Attend portfolio review meetings to discuss project health, client issues, enhancements, successes, and improvements.
Apply Kyriba Implementation Methodology and project management best practices; coach team members to do the same.
What We're Looking for:
5 – 8+ years’ project management experience preferred in SaaS implementations, treasury management system implementations, professional services or other relevant experience
PMP, Prince2 or other project management certification is a plus
Baccalaureate or Graduate degree in Business, Management, Finance or relevant work experience
Previous experience with implementing TMS, FinTech, SaaS, ERP or Financial Systems is a plus
Up to 10% travel required.
