Descriptif du poste

The Lawyer & Compliance Counsel will provide assistance and advice in the legal areas inherent to the company’s activity, participate in the implementation of the Compliance programme and in the development of the company’s legal & Compliance culture.

In order to meet this objective, the Lawyer & Compliance Counsel will support Compliance & Legal department in the implementation of :

  • Management of contractual activity : analysis, drafting and validation of contracts or other agreements.

  • Legal advice to employees.

  • Data Privacy : drafting contracts and information notices, updating record, training the employees, quality process, legal watch, various legal advice.

  • Handling Anti-Gift and Transparency regulation activities : ensure compliance of scientific operations, submissions, and publications to the relevant authorities, updating procedures, training employees.

  • Advise and participate in implementing anti-corruption legislation , risk management,

  • Compliance programme implementation: adaptation of internal procedures to group procedures, implementation of SOPs, monitoring, training.

  • Management of the legal and compliance activity of the Dutch legal entity and legal et compliance support to the BeNeLux region.

  • Writing and reviewing contracts and participating in establishing a contract template library for France and BeNeLux;

    • Accelerating the continued implementation of the Data Protection Regulation GDPR in drafting legal information notices and contracts, maintaining the register, ensuring quality process, and training strategy.

    • Identifying and analysing the difficulties that employees encounter regarding the event management process to identify and implement improvements that simplify and streamline such processes while ensuring that KKP complies with its legal and regulatory obligations.

    • Ensure the implementation of the transparency project in improving the local process, updating, and finalizing the local SOPs, developing training materials for local training and/or region-specific training of employees and Third Parties

      Implementing and finalizing internal European and local policies and SOPs to ensure compliance with regard to relationships between HCPs/HCOs and the pharma industry and ensure that all standards are communicated to employees

      All activities are implemented within the framework of pharmaceutical regulations, strategy, and the company’s quality policy. Adheres to the promotional information charter and applies it according to the terms of the certification reference framework in force. Applies Kyowa Kirin’s processes which take into account the regulations in force (promotional information charter, advertising, law governing benefits, transparency, pharmacovigilance, RGPD, etc.).


Profil recherché

  • Bac + 5; Law school with a health sector specialization.

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar position.

A good knowledge of international and local regulations relating to anti-corruption practices, particularly with respect to the “Bertrand Law” and the Anti-Gift Regulation, as well as the professional ethics rules laid down by the French pharmaceutical companies association (Les Entreprises du Médicament – LEEM) and the EFPIA Code
