We are looking for a Marketing Director to join our GTM team and drive Korint’s growth story. You will be responsible for designing and executing a full-stack marketing strategy, strengthening our brand identity, and creating demand for our SaaS platform across the insurance ecosystem.

This is a unique opportunity to build Korint’s marketing function from the ground up and have a direct impact on the company’s scale-up journey.

This will include the following responsibilities :

  • SEO & Content Marketing: Develop thought leadership content (white papers, case studies, blog posts, press) to strengthen visibility and generate qualified leads.

  • Digital Marketing & Paid Acquisition: Lead PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, social media) to fuel pipeline growth and maximize ARR.

  • Branding & Identity: Define and roll out Korint’s brand identity to ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints.

  • Events & Community: Represent Korint at industry events (conferences, meetups, webinars) to build awareness and business opportunities.

You will be based in our Paris office. Traveling for business development events may be required .


Profil recherché

  • ✨ Requirements

    • You have 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in a scale-up tech company, Insurtech, or Fintech.

    • You have a growth mindset, are eager to learn, and see challenges as opportunities to grow and innovate.

    • You have a proven expertise in digital marketing, SEO, paid acquisition, and content creation, and enjoy using these skills to build awareness, generate leads, and support growth.

    • You are comfortable designing and executing growth-oriented marketing plans, managing budgets with care, and measuring impact to keep improving.

    • You like to work with customer and market insights, using them to shape go-to-market strategies and strengthen brand positioning.

    • You are organized and proactive, able to move multiple projects forward while staying focused on priorities.

    • You are a team player and natural collaborator, eager to share knowledge, mentor teammates, and work closely with Sales, Product, and Partnerships.

    • You are both strategic and hands-on: you can think long term while rolling up your sleeves to deliver day to day.

    • You are curious and analytical, confident with SaaS KPIs and comfortable tracking campaign performance to learn and adapt.

    • You have excellent communication skills, whether oral, written, or non-verbal - In French and English.
