👥 Operations & Product Team

The goal of the Operations and Product team is to deliver the most advanced Core Insurance Platform on the market. We focus on delivering the best customer experience to reduce churn while maximizing renewals, upsells, and cross-selling opportunities.

Operations & Product within the same team? That feels unusual? Yes it is! But we believe that our operations are the closest to our customers and allow us to shape our product according to their needs.

💫 Your missions to achieve this goal

As a Forward Deployed Engineer you will be responsible for implementing tailored solutions for customers, leading onboarding and integrations, resolving complex logical & technical issues, and providing product insights to drive adoption and continuous improvement. You will act as the main point of contact for all topics during the build phase.

In this role, you will oversee projects with diverse technical, product, and business components. You will collaborate across internal teams and with external partners, ensuring smooth integration and exceptional results.

Reporting to Mariska, our Head of Operations & Product, you’ll be at the heart of our customer delivery strategy, helping to shape success for our customers.

We’re looking for someone with a curious mind and a passion for delivering impactful results in a demanding environment.

Why do we need a FDE ? Because each of our customers has specific needs and technical environments, we must deliver tailor-made solutions. To achieve this, we built a highly customizable platform that adapts to (almost) any insurance client. We need a FDE that is able to understand the customer needs and translate it into technical configuration of Korint’s platform.

🏅Roles and responsibilities

1. Technical Enablement

  • Partner with the Sales team during pre-sales to assess feasibility and design tailored solutions

  • Build and present prototypes that showcase technical and business value

  • Define migration & deployment paths for new or existing customers

  • Work on high-stakes processes such as Requests for Proposal (RFPs)

2. Onboarding & Implementation

  • Lead the setup, configuration, and integration of our platform during onboarding

  • Guide customers through Product and Technical implementation

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define and execute the integration plans

  • Monitor project progress, address risks proactively, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders

3. Documentation & Enablement

  • Own and maintain integration guides, and demo assets

  • Work on tooling for continuous improvement of our implementation process

  • Standardize implementation playbooks for reuse
