Job description

The CS Systems tribe is responsible for the custom tools used by our Customer Care teams and for supplying them with tools that enable Kiwi.com to provide the best Customer Care experience possible. As a CS Systems QA engineer, you will help to ensure the high quality of several different tools used by our customer support teams by means of manual testing, implementation and maintenance of automated tests, analyzing user reports, and more...  Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the test automation process
  • Discuss scope, provide estimates, planning and monitoring metrics.
  • Provide guidance, help team members overcome challenges and perform peer code reviews to QA engineers.
  • Active communication with your team members and helping them to overcome challenges.
  • Challenging the product’s functionality and quality to bring the best out of the product.
  • Monitoring active issues, communicating across teams to ensure a smooth release process.
  • Being an active member of our QA community, being involved in workshops & events.
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation.
  • Technical/Professional qualification
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing automated tests in frameworks such as Cypress.
  • Proven experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, REST API).
  • Advanced OS user (Windows, Android, MacOS, IOS).
  • Experience with Git & working with a CI/CD environment. 
  • Good working knowledge of testing concepts, best practices and techniques.
  • Knowledge of several automation tools and ability to participate in selection of suitable tools.
  • Ability to mentor other QA professionals in test automation best practices, provide code-reviews and adherence to overall testing strategy.
  • Self-driven person able quickly jump in to complex projects and deliver.
  • Personal/Leadership skills

  • A team player, initiative and responsible individual
  • Salary starts from 2500 eur/month
