As a Senior Project Manager at Kiro, you’ll play a key role in driving initiatives, ensuring
flawless execution across teams, and delivering high-impact outcomes in a regulated
healthcare environment. Your role and responsibilities will be:
Coordinate, define, structure and maintain the project plan, milestones,
dependencies and critical path with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Design,
Data, Ops, Legal, Sales…).
Set up and run the right governance (rituals, reporting, steering committees,
escalation process).
Ensure alignment between scope, timeline, resources and objectives.
Drive and monitor end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, from kickoff to
deployment.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope, on budget, with the required level of quality.
Anticipate blockers, arbitrate trade-offs and secure execution through fast decision-making.
Ensure compliance with internal standards and external constraints (e.g. healthcare, GDPR).
Track project KPIs (progress, delivery predictability, risk indicators, stakeholder
satisfaction).
Improve delivery frameworks: templates, methodologies, workflows and best
practices.
Contribute to building a strong project culture: ownership, clarity, transparency,
delivery excellence
Some of the main characteristics we’re looking for:
Holds a Master’s degree (or equivalent) from a top Business or Engineering School or University.
Has at least 5 years of experience in project / program management (for instance as a Strategy Consultant / Management Consultant or Project Manager) in fast-paced environments (startups, scaleups, strategy/management consulting, or high-execution teams).
Is driven by making complex things happen: turning ambiguity into clear plans,
aligning stakeholders, and delivering outcomes – not just slides or processes.
Enjoys running cross-functional initiatives where Product, Tech, Data, Ops and
external stakeholders must move in sync. You naturally create clarity, momentum
and accountability.
Understands what “high standards” mean in healthcare and regulated
environments: quality, traceability, operational readiness, and compliance (GDPR,
security constraints, patient impact).
Is comfortable with ownership and delivery: you can manage multiple streams in
parallel, handle trade-offs, run escalations when needed, and keep execution
predictable. In a word, you have excellent prioritization skills.
Has a strong analytical mindset: you like metrics, structured steering and reporting,
and you know how to turn them into decisions.
Brings a strong team spirit: you lead with humility, trust your teammates, challenge them when needed, and keep energy high even under pressure.
Has strong communication skills, with clarity, diplomacy and accountability,
embracing the complexity of the environment
Has professional working proficiency in French and English.
Bonus: experience managing B2B deployments / integrations, data-intensive projects, and/or working with hospitals, labs or complex multi-stakeholder ecosystems.
