✨ YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

To support our growth, we are looking for talented and motivated team members strongly willing to build the future of health with us. As a Senior Data Scientist part of the Data Science team, you will work closely with your peers as well as with members of the product, business, and engineering teams. In an environment where technology and digital haven’t played all their cards yet, your work will directly contribute to shaping platforms that benefit patients, clinicians, and biologists; and has the potential to change healthcare fundamentally.

Your role and responsibilities will be to:

  • Design and develop novel AI architectures for longitudinal biomedical data analysis, with a focus on laboratory test results.

  • Build pretrained models on lab test data, capable of learning meaningful representations that can be reused across various downstream tasks (e.g., imputation, prediction, recommendation).

  • Define rigorous evaluation protocols and benchmarks to assess model performance on meaningful metrics, and compare systematically with state-of-the-art methods.

  • Stay up to date with the latest advances in AI and machine learning, and identify opportunities to apply them to biomedical data.

  • Collaborate closely with physicians and biologists to align research with clinical needs and workflows.

  • Present your work at top-tier international conferences and actively contribute to the AI and healthcare research communities

  • Communicate research progress and results clearly, both internally and externally, in written and oral formats

  • Publish in high-impact scientific venues (e.g., ICLR, NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)


Profil recherché

Some of the main characteristics we’re looking for:

  • PhD or Master’s degree in a scientific field (Engineering, Math, Physics, Computer Science, Machine Learning…) and at least 5 years of work experience as a Data scientist.

  • Deep understanding of machine learning, neural networks, and computational statistics.

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, or R.

  • Ability to think critically and creatively to tackle complex challenges with a strong learning mindset.

  • Motivated individual contributor who thrives in a team environment and positively influences team outcomes through mentoring of junior colleagues

  • Have a great team spirit; demonstrate proficiency in recognizing and building upon your teammates’ ideas, while constructively challenging them when appropriate.

  • A first experience in a healthcare /MedTech field

  1. Screening Call – An initial conversation with Julien our TAM to understand your background and see if there’s a good fit.

  2. Technical Interview – A discussion with our team to review a take-home test you will do, and dive deeper into your expertise.

  3. Cultural Fit Interviews – Two interviews to ensure alignment with our values and team dynamics.

  4. CEO Interview – A conversation with our CEO
