We’re looking for someone to work directly with our General Counsel / Head of Legal Mané. You will also interact a lot with Thomas, Co-founder and COO @ Kiln. There will be lots to learn from them!

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Work with our General Counsel on legal corporate and regulatory topics :

  • Foundraise Serie A closing
  • Preparation of future fundraise
  • BSPCE/BSA Attribution
  • Capital increase

• Support business teams in their day to day questions related to the regulatory aspects including

  • Commercial agreements
  • Relationship management with the external counsels
  • Other tasks may occur during this internship

Skills & background

• Preparing law studies (company lawyer)
• Fluent communication in both English & French (oral & written)
• Ideally already worked in a start-up (student jobs included)

Soft skills

• Excited & motivated to work in a start-up environment (agility is key)
• Interested in tech & companies development
• Organized, rigorous, and detailed attentive
• A curiosity for blockchain and cryptocurrencies would be a great plus
