💼 Your mission at Kiliba

You will be responsible for defining, implementing and framing Kiliba’s global marketing strategy, and will be a member of the Codir.

Your missions will revolve around:

  • Acquisition strategy: create and optimize high-performance acquisition strategies to exceed our sales targets.

  • Retention strategy: consolidate the Kiliba brand to help build customer loyalty.

  • Definition of an International Go-to-Market: study and implement development plans for international markets.

  • Branding and Awareness: steer branding initiatives with a strategic vision to raise Kiliba’s profile.

  • Team leadership: recruit, train and manage your marketing team.

  • You have a track record in B2B SaaS marketing and growth strategy

  • You have proven your ability to recruit, build and manage a marketing team

  • You are Data-Driven & Sales-oriented

  • You’re creative and efficient, and know how to “get your hands in the grease” when it counts

  • You’re a people person and aligned with our corporate culture, based on performance, innovation and cohesion

  • You speak French and English perfectly
