Welcome to our dynamic Product & Engineering team! Our amazing team is currently accelerating our “shift-to-product” by following 5 key objectives: increasing solution reliability, unlocking platform scalability, building-up knowledge and tools, standardizing IT processes and increasing product value.

What will I be doing? 👀

You will join our IT Services product team, crafting the next evolutions for our platform, which serve as DevOps cockpit for the delivery of our OMS solutions for all of our clients.

As a Senior Software Engineer of the team you will:

• Actively participate in the development of the various parts of the Platform, in Elixir and other languages if necessary.
  
• Ensure compliance with technical constraints, in agreement with product architects
  
• Coach / support other team members, both day-to-day and in their careers within the company
  
• Help with requirements writing and Jira follow-up
  
• Help with operational management: production deployment, run management and relations with our users on Project Delivery teams
  
• Ensure team growth: documentation consistency, technical debt management, team tools improvement

What do I need from you? 😎

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in software development industry
• Great skills with Elixir and Erlang, with a deep understanding of actor model
• Understands and adhere to DevOps philosophy
  
• Good Knowledge of eventual consistency and Key-Value databases
  
• Personal or professional sys admin experience with:
  • Linux system
  • Network admin
  • Containers
  • Infra as Code
• Leadership on technical and product vision, while maintaining an open mind
• Motivation for technological innovation
• Fluent in French, proficient in written and verbal English communication
  

It's a real plus if you have skills regarding :

• Networking (VLAN, VRF, Bridge,..)
• Kernel Linux
• Systemd
• Relational database
• Management
