Born in 2009, we are a leading European software-as-a-service (SaaS) company on a mission to build robust, high-quality long-lasting projects. Our high performance cloud-native flagship solutions, such as Order Management System (OMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS), helps complex businesses implement new omnichannel operations, orchestrate critical business processes, and improve customer promises across all business channels. Alongside Geoffrey, our HR manager, Marta, our office manager, Mélissa, our People Ops and Hari, our Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll delve into supporting 160 colleagues on a daily basis and contribute to the company's growth!

What will I be doing? 👀

Structuring: 

• Understanding current standards and best practices (ISO 26000, Numeum, etc.) 
• Conducting sectoral benchmarkingMonitoring RSE-related news and participating in relevant conferences 
• Producing an assessment of the current policy progress (best practices, procurement, mobility, carbon emissions scope 1, 2, 3, diversity and inclusion, etc.) 
• Participating in Ecovadis, Great Place to Work, and Happy at Work certification processes

Communication and involvement: 

• Assisting in the implementation of internal RSE training tools 
• Supporting the RSE strategy by implementing concrete actions to facilitate employee engagement 
• Creating an internal RSE charter

Management: 

• Developing a roadmap to promote eco-responsible practices across three main areas (governance, social, environmental) 
• Defining means indicators (certification policy and references), action indicators (systems and equipment), and outcome indicators (products, CO2 reduction)
• Establishing and co-leading the internal RSE committee

What do I need from you? 😎

• 🎓 Currently finishing a Master's degree in Human Resources / business school / engineering school / university with a specialization in sustainable development 
• 🌐 Appetite for the Tech/Software-SaaS domains 
• 📚 Strong knowledge in environmental issues and CSR challenges
• 🧠 Recognized for your communication and rallying skills, you have a project-oriented profile and can bring forward innovative ideas 
• 🤝 Organized, committed, dynamic, and capable of working independently
