🎭 Role

As Account Executive, you will work directly with the Head of Sales and Partnerships Manager to sign and close new clients for Karmen. Your main role will be to deploy and execute the commercial strategy of our financing product. Together with the rest of the Sales team, you will have ownership of the entire sales process, managing all the client interactions, through contract negotiation, deal closing, and client management. The position has a strong entrepreneurial dimension and a central role in the development of the company.

📽 Mission

  • Take total ownership of the sales cycle for the incoming leads, all the way to the closing. We want you to own your client pool!
  • Find, test, and validate various targeted acquisition and distribution strategies to generate leads.
  • Carry out sales meetings with leads and develop your sales arguments.
  • Maintain and follow up on commercial requests following first contacts.
  • Monitoring the evolution of the customer relationship through the CRM, analyzing new needs in collaboration with the data and operations team to improve our financial solutions.
  • Co-guarantee the maintenance of a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Participate in the global strategy and in the various marketing and sales initiatives of the company.

Profil recherché

⚡️ What we’re looking for

  • Min. 2 years experience as Account Executive, Business Development or Partnerships, preferably in a B2B Fintech or SaaS start up / scale up
  • Must have a previous experience in Finance/Investment/Fintech to be familiar with financial terms (interest rates, loans, amortization, etc.)
  • Strong communication, collaboration and relationship skills in high growth environment
  • At ease with the standard CRM (Hubspot) tools and growth hacking tools/suite: acquisition, activation, retention, referrals, and monetization
  • Strong multi-tasker and motivated by continuous improvement, both individually and collectively
  • You are proactive, dynamic, thoughtful, take initiative, and do not stay in your comfort zone
  • You are ambitious and love an entrepreneurial challenge to prove yourself
  • Goal-oriented professional who strives to exceed targets, individually and collectively
  • Fluent in French and English (both oral and written)

  • Compensation: €35-45k based on experience + significant (uncapped) bonus indexed on performance + BSCPE
