Descriptif du poste

You will be in charge of defining the acquisition strategy of our Beauty Stylists - freelancers who are passionate about beauty and earn money by advising products we distribute from 50+ brands - to look for and activate new acquisition channel.

You monitor our growth campaigns in order to boost the recruitment of our Beauty Stylists and maximize the visibility of Jolimoi.
You maximize the lead generation on our dedicated website : styliste.jolimoi.com.
You help our Beauty Stylists boost their own visibility.

Your missions :

Create targeted audiences based on our personas.
Build qualified leads databases.
Monitor the acquisition campaigns of Beauty Stylists on different platforms (currently Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads plus those to be defined).
Identify and test new acquisition channels.
Optimize and A/B test paid campaigns, messages and visuals.
Update our CRM process.
Evaluate our tool stack and suggest improvements.
Define and implement performance tracking tools (data studios…).
Collaborate with the sales team to nurture them with qualified leads and in general, work with communication, marketing and technical teams on transversal projects.

Profil recherché

You have significant experience as a Growth Manager / CRM or traffic manager.

You master the most important growth channels and tools (SEO, SEA/SEM, social media, content marketing, retargeting, scraping…)

You have an entrepreneur spirit and an ROIst approach.

You are fluent in English as this is the language spoken at the office

You are organized, curious, dynamic and up-lifting.

Compensation package: depending on profile

  • 50% of monthly transportation fees + Swile lunch allowances+Alan medical insurance coverage
