With 500% growth in 2020, Jolimoi is growing really fast seducing brands and independant beauty advisors into reinventing the way we shop for Beauty & Wellness. Our ambition is to become the leading technology-led platform in social selling to rethink beauty channels.

Our vision is that genuine and passionate people about beauty are the best to advise the adequate routine and products to customers. Social and inclusive at heart we have built the first platform enabling brands to connect with their customers through social sellers of common interest for beauty. We have a btbtc business model and our goal is to deploy the perfect tools and contents to enable sellers to perform at their best creating a unique customer experience.

We strongly believe in our mission to rethink beauty channels and create new paths for brands, sellers and customers generating strong value and more responsible consumption habits.

We are currently looking for our Chief Marketing Officer to take the company to the next level in France and help us deploy Jolimoi internationally.

As our CMO you will be in charge of defining our global marketing strategy working with business, tech and product teams. You will have a chance at shaping the company’s success. You will take the lead to define and develop a data-driven, multi-channel marketing strategy which covers branding, growth hacking, communications, content, social, SEO/SEM, PR, and events. You will build your own team to implement your strategy.

Strategic marketing and planning :
Brand management and new launch roll-out plan
Brand services and special operations
Brand management and optimization

Brand identity and content :
Brand identity and social media strategic planning
Global communication strategy

Acquisition and loyalty :
Paid and organic acquisition strategy for sellers
Incentive and loyalty programs for sellers and customers

Reportings and definition of KPI :

Product marketing and pricing :
SAAS tools and applications

If you have a passion for technology and social platforms, a strong background in performance and multi-channel marketing, and, ideally, prior experience in growth hacking, this opportunity is for you.


Profil recherché

We are looking for an entrepreneur at heart with a strong experience in marketing in a fast growing and highly competitive environment preferably in the field of consumer goods. We are particularly fond of previous experiences in saas-based marketplaces and digital multi-brand platforms with a strong social dimension. We are particularly interested in profils with international experience in Asia or in the USA.
