As an Associate Consultant, you will collaborate with an excellent team throughout all levels in a flat organizational model.
The missions will particularly concern combining powerful digital expertise with deep operational understanding to reinvent infrastructure, supply, production, and operational processes. Our digital solutions empower clients to embrace innovation, enhance agility, and thrive in the face of change. Our interventions will also redefine the optimal structure, roles, and governance to support business strategy, while translating strategy into day-to-day operations by clarifying how teams, processes, technology, and decision-making interact.
You will support the development of key project streams, and participate in project definition, problem solving, recommendation development and client interaction to increase your understanding of complex business problematics. Expect to be staffed on various types of missions, and to build your skills and competencies through a wide exposure to projects that have a real impact and create economic, strategic, and sustainable development for Africa and the Middle East.
Your tasks:
Participating in issue definition and structuring
Screening data sources, collecting and processing relevant quantitative and qualitative data
Performing analyses to support project streams
Interacting with internal and client stakeholders to challenge and strengthen analyses
Developing part or whole reports to support oral and written communication for owned scope
Presenting recommendations to client teams with senior support
Collaborate with internal and client teams to implement recommendations and action plans
Professional Mobility to different locations as required by the assigned projects
