Jellysmack is opening up a new role to work within the Partnership Success Team of the Creator Program.

The role is a unique opportunity to:

• partner closely with some of the top digital creators in the industry, operating as the lead point of contact for Jellysmack’s new and current partners.
• function as a team lead to establish processes and work strategically to facilitate and analyze the success of our creators, as well as perform all account management duties, including onboarding, reporting, and troubleshooting
• accelerate the growth and success of our partnerships by finding potential additional opportunities
• Develop existing projects and support the teams exponential growth

Your daily missions will include:
· Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the digital creator space
· Contribute to new creators onboarding in the program across multiple social channels
· Analyze data to provide insights and custom programming strategies
· Communicate effectively with partners and internal teams to find timely solutions to resolve issues and challenges

• With a BAC +4/5 degree, (Postgraduate, or Masters placement year)
• 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or talent management, with experience at a technology or influencer start-up preferred. We are also open to junior (>1 year of experience minimum) and more experienced profiles
• You are a self-starter, have the ability to take on and learn from new challenges
• You are pragmatic and solution oriented in order to generate creative solutions to obstacles that may arise
• Must live and breath social media, with a big passion for YouTube content creators
• You have good interpersonal skills and are comfortable and confident in creating social links with the various influencers / stakeholders in the entertainment industry
• You have strong values with the ability to captivate and create strong long lasting relationships.
