Context

Viooh

is the main Direct sales media planning and stock management system in use
within JCDecaux subsidiaries.

Due to Markets requiremens, expected changes in the solution, and the important
technical obsolescence in the current solution, it has been decided to revamp Viooh Direct Sales solution  by
building a new platform, taking the
opportunity to  build a
high business services and sustainable solution for at least the 10 coming years.

General Objective

Lead particular studies & roadmap elaboration for
the design and the development of the new Direct Sales solution

Lead roadmap implementation of new solution. Follow-up
delivery, governance & alignment with group objectives.

Collaborate efficiently with internal Corp teams,
Partners (Viooh) & JCDecaux Business Units. Build and maintain a
trust-based relation with the countries / regions

Set-up and manage an efficient
communication with all stakeholders (Business, Partners & IT) to ensure a
high quality of services

Scope & Responsibilities :

The position is reporting to
the Head of Sales Business Process & Solutions within the IT Sales
& Posting Direction.

Activities:

Work closely with the Viooh team (Project, Engineering,
Roll-out) to :

  • Set-up the required elements of
    governance (Follow-up, project & Steering committee)
  • Challenge the new solution design according
    to JCDecaux Business units expectations
  • Contribute to the scope validation
  • Get commitment on content, dev
    planning and retrofit plans
  • Align Functional & Technical Architecture
    with Viooh & JCDecaux experts

Work closely with JCDecaux regional teams to:

  • Identify & analyze business &
    technical impacts of the new solution on the Group, Regional & Local
    Information System
  • Get a solid and up to date knowledge of
    sales activities, methods & perspectives
  • Understand the limits and pain points
    of the existing “Viooh” solution
  • Identify the required points of
    improvements of the existing “Viooh” solution
  • Elaborate a
    roadmap for a 10 year ahead sustainable solution
  • Maintain a
    good knowledge of local industry activity
  • Inform IT
    management and Subs about roadmap and project key elements

During the overall project

  • Represent Corp IT and be accountable
    for the overall timeline, milestones, cost & quality achievements
  • Build
    project plan (Scope, integration with other systems, planning, risks,
    governance & organization)
  • Identify
    Project KPIs
  • Lead IT
    Project Operations
  • Close follow-up of the project build,
    through regular alignment with IT solutions managers and Product Owners
  • Conduct analysis and studies on new
    findings during the project implementation.
  • Give regular update to IT management,
    raise pb & risks, propose actions & mitigation plans
  • Keep up the solution design to date
    with the local markets & IT solutions evolutions

Others :

  • Regular travels to London
    (Headquarter of Viooh Ltd company) - ~ approx. Once per month
