Your mission 👇
We are looking for an experienced Field Marketer to join our Marketing team of 6 people to develop the Southern European markets with us!

Joining us on this amazing project implies that:
You have a strategic position.
You participate in opening fast growing markets (Italy, Portugal, Spain) where we already have strong partnerships generating large amount of leads.
You have an entire Team behind you focused to position our brand on these new markets, convert leads into paid clients and make Izicap unavoidable to merchants!

What you’ll do ✏️

Key role for the local go-to-market implementation (Italy, Spain and Portugal):

  • Work with marketing stakeholders, regional sales leaders and country managers to develop local content, and customized messaging.
  • Your goal: increase merchants’ engagement, generate more visibility and convert leads.

Pipeline generation & acceleration campaigns:

  • Lead the building and execution of specific marketing strategies aligned to sales priorities and revenue targets, including but not limited to field events, trade shows, digital marketing.
  • Your goal: increase the volume of inbound Marketing Leads with marketing tactics.

Track, measure and report on pipeline metrics across field marketing programs on a weekly basis:

  • Use data to identify new opportunities (multi-channel campaigns, vertical content, and product content) to propel marketing and sales performance.
  • Your goal: define our marketing investment strategy in Italy/Spain/Portugal and focus on key channels.

Profil recherché

About you 💪

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or equivalent
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in a marketing or agency role with a proven track record of commercial results or as a field marketing manager.
  • You’ve already gained extensive experience managing marketing plans in 1 or more Southern Europe markets (Italy, Spain, Portugal).
  • You think creatively, and are able to develop and apply new approaches, programs and techniques.
  • You have experience with a wide range of digital, social, and field marketing tactics such as emailings, webinars, paid media, events.
  • Pragmatic and resourceful, you’re a “doer” = you do things, quick and well. Even if you have to correct it afterward.
  • Highly organized. Result oriented, eager to achieve and deliver on key business outcomes.
  • You want to progress in the contact of performing individuals.

Would be a plus

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or Payment Solution/Marketing .
  • You speak Italian, have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent Spanish is a plus.
  • History working with Sales.
