The impact of this role

The junior account executive will be a proactive and curious member of our sales team, around two main focuses

  • Understanding prospects needs, bringing the best proposals forward to close deals and grow the business.

  • Identifying growth opportunities within existing clients and securing renewals is the other key dimension of the role.

This role calls for a strong hunter mindset and passion for working within a hyper-growth environment!

What will you be doing ?

You will have overall responsibility for managing sales processes: from outbound campaigns to lead qualification, to building proposals and closing deals - achieving growth, and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets:

  • Generating new qualified opportunities and pipelines through innovative outbound campaigns – using internal tools and guidelines.

  • Interacting with prospects at all the stages of the sales cycle, from prospecting and acquiring leads and opportunities through demoing the platform, presenting consultancy & advisory offers, to negotiating and closing.

  • We create value by sharing thoughtful insights for our partners and potential partners. You will effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations. You also need to ensure that they get the most out of the solutions we offer to ensure high-value client stickiness and adoption – and renewal.

  • Maintain an up-to-date pipeline, and present sales, revenue, and realistic forecasts to the management team.

  • This role will be supported by Marketing and Sales Enablement functions (BDR, Solution Engineers)


Profil recherché

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business school) or related

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role

  • Proven track record of success in a sales role within the SaaS, market research, or social media analytics industries is a strong plus.

  • Ability to build trusted relationships quickly with internal stakeholders and clients

  • Rapidly understands the complex sales process and can tailor solutions to client’s need effectively, using the internal scoping and pricing tools, and ensuring what is sold is what can be delivered as well

  • You are tenacious and a hunter – striving for sales which secure client relationships for multiple years

  • Excellent verbal, written and presenting skills

  • In addition to French, professional English is mandatory
