Joining the Product team, reporting to the Head of Product, your mission is to take care of our Remote Monitoring Workflows product in order to enable Medical Teams to save time and take better care of their patients.

★ Identify what needs to be built

• Build and nurture communication channels with users (Medical Teams, Patients and Scientists)
• Collect and analyze user feedback and confront it with Market Access / Regulatory / Clinical requirements
• Define and drive overall Product vision / strategy / metrics for your Product area, inspiring the team to build great products, aligned with company OKR
• Build a Roadmap focusing on the right things, balancing short versus long term needs, including AI and hardware

★ Build the product

• Collaborate with the Tech team to
  . specify new features: user stories, wireframes or any other artifact that work for the team
  . prioritize and plan the backlog
  . ensure a high-quality implementation by testing and validating new features
• Support the Tech Lead with scrum stand-ups, sprint progress, velocity, retrospectives, and status reports
• Collaborate with the Data Science team to
  . get relevant metrics and data
  . create impactful AI-based Medical Device modules

★ Get the Product out

• Evangelize internally on the Product vision, strategy and releases
  . help Sales and Marketing to maintain and extend decks and other marketing material
  . help Customer Success to maintain and extend training and other user material
• Collaborate with the Regulatory / Clinical / Market Access teams to achieve the right certifications (CE mark and FDA clearance) and get through the necessary clinical trials

🥉 Your Background

• Top Engineering or Business School
• You have at least 3 years of targeted experience
• You necessary have experience with patient-centric product development for healthcare, ideally in a SaaS environment

🥈 Your Hard Skills

• You’re fluent in both French & in English
• You love agile development methodologies
• You can use usage analytics tools (Amplitude, Pendo, …)
• You ideally have a good understanding of the Medical Device environment and its rules

🥇 Your Soft Skills

• You have an ability to operate effectively and autonomously across multiple teams in situations of ambiguity, with only high-level direction
• You take end-to-end responsibility for the Product’s success and eventually get stuff done!

💰 Remuneration

• For this job (CDI - full time), your fixed salary will be between 50 - 60K€ depending on your experience
