Job and recruitment context

We're hiring a Marketing & Events Support Intern to join and expand our Marketing team.

At Implicity, our acquisition and branding strategy strongly relies on our presence at medical congresses, both in France and internationally.

We organize high-level scientific symposiums, in synergy with other teams, as well as more networking-focused events to build connections between our users and future partners.

We are looking for a motivated intern for a 6-month mission to work closely with our Marketing & Events Manager, ensuring the logistical management and operational coordination of these initiatives. The goal of this duo will be to drive the organization of impactful events.

A good working knowledge of French and English is expected.

🥇 Background
  • Ideally, you are looking for an end-of-studies internship.
  • You already have experience in marketing or events (internship or apprenticeship).

🥈 Your missions

Key Responsibilities:

Event Logistics Management: (40%)

  • Managing and ordering marketing materials (brochures, goodies, roll-ups)
  • Preparing and shipping event materials
  • On-site setup and referencing of materials
  • Logistical coordination for teams and stakeholders (transport, accommodation, meals)

      Event and Symposium Coordination: (40%)

      • Assisting in the coordination and smooth running of events
      • Selecting and booking venues and service providers (catering)
      • Administrative management of speakers and contributors (contracts, payments)
      • Post-event communication (sending out summaries)

        Administrative and Organizational Management: (20%)

        • Organizing and implementing an inventory management system
        • Organizing and filing documentation
        • Updating information on Notion

        At Implicity, you will have a weekly meeting with your manager, to help you succeed in your mission, and continuously improve your skills.

        Each team works with quarterly OKR, to be crystal clear, fair and honest with your targets.

        • Passionate about marketing and events, with initial exposure through studies, projects, or previous experiences.
        • Highly organized and meticulous, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
        • Dynamic and engaged, with strong communicative energy and a drive to contribute to event success.
        • Curious, proactive, and resourceful, always looking to learn, anticipate needs, and propose new ideas. You reach out to people and find solutions to make things moving.
        • Excellent communicator (oral & written), comfortable adapting your message to various audiences.
        • Bilingual in French and English (oral & written) is essential as we are taking parts in events in France, the US, Germany, etc.
        • You enjoy working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
        • Strong work ethic & daily act with integrity, honesty and fairness

          Recruitment process

          • 1. HR Interview with Astrid (Talent Acquisition Manager) (30 min)
          • 2. Job Interview with Alison (Marketing & Events Manager)(60 min)
          • 3. Final Interview with Alexandre (Chief Product & Marketing Officer) (30 min)
          • Job Offer (usually follows within 72 hours 🤞)

          Depending on your availability, the recruitment process should last less than 3 weeks.

          General information

          💰 Salary

          • For this internship, you will have a compensation from 800€ to 1200€ based on several criteria (level of education and experience)
