Started with the startup studio Imagination Machine (founded by the serial entrepreneur & product designer Rob Spiro, also founder of GoodEggs & Google Hangout) and entrepreneurs : Tanguy, Sarah, Henri, Thibaud, the project Prolong comes through.

💫 Mission is set: we want to make with Prolong the new “standard” to extend the lifetime of products & materials in circulation. Our project will foster sustainable consumption and improve production patterns while reducing waste, material consumption and emissions.

We’re building the first B2B SaaS (Care & Repair Management Platform) for brands and retailers to help them launch, pilot and scale impactful and profitable Care & Repair services worldwide.

YOUR MISSION

🏔 Your role? As the Right Hand to the CPO at Prolong, you will be a pivotal member of the product management team, collaborating directly with the CPO to shape product strategy and oversee its execution. This role is tailored for an energetic and adaptable individual who is keen to immerse themselves in product management tasks within a dynamic tech startup atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the CPO to manage product development from ideation to market launch.

• Help the CPO with the selection and prioritization of product features and backlog management.

• Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to stay ahead in the market.

• Develop detailed functional specifications for the development team.

• Facilitate agile meetings and guarantee effective communication among all parties involved.

• Evaluate product performance indicators to drive enhancements and optimizations.

• Perform user research and organize discovery workshops alongside our Product Designer.

• A Master’s degree in Engineering or Business.

• Demonstrated autonomy and a forward-thinking approach to challenges.

• A strong inclination for mentorship and learning from seasoned professionals.

• An inquisitive nature, coupled with a passion for innovation and progress.

• A user-oriented mindset, with an ability to grasp and improve user experiences.

• Comfortable with navigating the rapid and evolving landscape of a startup.

• Prior experience in product management, sales or operations within a startup environment is a strong plus.

• Fluency in English is essential.
