Operationally Set up the physical School

→ Be ready for Batch one in February

  • Create the timetable of the curriculum
  • Find the school office - manage all the setup to be ready for Batch one
  • Adapt the Sales pitch for all the stakeholders : students, teachers, press relation
  • Find and close all the external teachers for Batch one
  • Recruit and Manage the operational team :
  • Set up every tools : Slack, Drive, the website, LMS

Administratively launch de school

→ Create a legal structure to operate properly

  • Setup the legal structure of the company in London
  • Find what kind of authorization, label do we need to launch the school
  • Set up the ISA, find the good partner
  • Manage your own P&L
  • Social set up to hire the team

Close our very first students

→ Even if we have a marketing team in France, the Sales pipe will be in your hands. The selection process as well

  • Adapt our Sales funnel in english and set it up
  • Lead generation : online, with salons, with partnerships, institutions, high schools…
  • Inside Sales : close every students on onboard them
  • Press relation : we have to be known !

Operations during the first Batch !

→ Create the best Sales school experience

  • Import the iconoclass vibe and create a cool & exigent environment
  • Organize everything between the team, the teachers, the objectives, the students
  • Program, onboard, and take care of every external teachers, be sure that they deliver an excellent and useful content
  • Create HR partnerships to place students at the end of the batch
  • Manage the recruitment website to present our students
  • Ensure that the program is good, coherent, that the daily objectives are filled
  • Be the garant of the student selection, the pedagogy, the coherence, the success and of the batch
  • Be the contact point if anything happens with the Batch.

Profil recherché

  • You are an entrepreneur in your daily lifestyle
  • You have Sales or Operational background (+4 to +7 Years of experience)
  • You have experience in management
  • You are hungry, and you want to improve the education accessibility in the world
  • You have a startup mindset : you are OK with the KO
  • Energy at is maximum level
  • You are not afraid to search when you don’t have the answer
  • Team player
