En 2016, Hublo lance son premier produit : une solution de gestion des remplacements de personnel, permettant aux établissements de santé de gagner du temps, de réduire leurs coûts de recrutement et d’améliorer leurs relations employeur-employé. À ce jour,
Hublo est utilisé par plus de 600.000 professionnels de santé, dans plus de 2700 établissements clients, et ce n’est que le début ! En 2021, Hublo a également été lancé en Allemagne, où la gestion du personnel de santé est également le défi numéro un des hôpitaux.
L’équipe Hublo est aujourd’hui composée de 150 talents, les “Hublees”, qui travaillent chaque jour pour répondre au mieux aux attentes des hôpitaux, cliniques et EHPAD.
Cette équipe continue à grandir, tout comme Hublo qui prévoie de rejoindre prochainement de nouveaux marchés.

Descriptif du poste
Your most important mission consists in operating applications in production and do whatever is necessary to keep the platform reliable, available and resilient.
Besides, you will also focus on improving our deployment automation processes and optimizing our release cycle (dedicated environments & CI/CD workflows)
In this role you will:
Participate in building a DevOps / SRE culture and enable the transition to modern infrastructure management and deployment practices
Participate in building the SRE team roadmap (vision and delivery accountability). Anticipate stakeholder needs, game-changing technologies, capacity planning and challenge scope / deadlines
Implement automated systems for monitoring & alerting
Empower feature teams to continue deliver the product quickly & safely
Participate to design and deliver solutions to improve the availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of systems
Provide expert support to our application features teams, to troubleshoot priority incidents, and conduct post-mortems
Enforce security and compliance to protect against security threats
“optimization (performance, cost, …) of the stack”, identify the bottlenecks, opportunities for optimization

Profil recherché
At least 5 years of experience on cloud engineering at scale, on organizations operating SaaS solutions
AWS cloud solutions and architectures expertise.
Proficiency working in Git, Typescript, Terraform/Pulumi, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools and configuration management.
Strong knowledge on observability practices, with experience implementing and managing Logging, Monitoring and Alerting framework with solutions such as Datadog.
Experience in cross-functional work and the ability to demonstrate a collaborative approach with regard to building key relationships across the organization and defining projects scope, goals, plan and deliverables
Creative problem solving and analysis skills with an ability to identify develop and implement solutions to meet the needs of the business
