1. Mission
Manage a portfolio of clients, work hand in hand with them to ensure long-term satisfaction, growth and retention. With your process oriented mindset you will help our clients achieve transformation goals and thus ensure successful and streamlined product adoption of Hublo.

2. Outcomes

  • Operational Excellence – You are responsible for developing structures within and above all departments to set the base for scalable growth in Germany. Based on the status quo you create processes and standards for the targeted rollout of our products and services. During the process life cycle you constantly aim to improve and ensure the correct usage.
  • Product evolution – You will work closely with our operations department in Paris, especially the customer success and product team to continuously optimize the product market-fit and service portfolio offered to our clients.
  • Client Management – You are the face towards our clients. You lead the successful rollout of Hublo within our clients from day one and drive coordination with other developments in France and Germany.
  • Team Lead and cross team communication – You build up the operations team from scratch and help us create the fundament above all departments for a fast growing company.

Profil recherché

  • German Native or Bilingual
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus
  • Successfully completed studies in economics or social sciences, technical business studies or a comparable course of studies
  • You are comfortable speaking and writing in daily interactions with a wide variety of users and a wide range of digital tools
  • You are analytical, rigorous and find solutions to every problem
  • You have a genuine interest in digital products and user experience
  • You are ambitious and want to impact the development of a high-potential startup, with opportunities for you to grow internally
  • ±5 years of client-facing experience in product adoption (CSM role), strategic HR consultancy projects, HR software implementation or holistic account management
  • Having managed at least 2-3 people
  • You want to work in a great atmosphere!
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written in German and English (all internal written communication is in English)
