Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communication, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the content strategy and its production for healthcare facilities and their leaders. The goal?
Strengthen our relationship with healthcare leaders through differentiating, high-value and useful content for them.
Demonstrate our expertise in the sector, our proximity and our partnership role with healthcare facilities.
More generally, to build a strong brand image for Hublo that will align with our vision and mission.
Your missions will be:
Brand content creation (70%):
Definition and implementation of the content strategy to create a solid engagement level with healthcare facilities leaders.
Production of all the content related to this strategy: articles, white papers, website & blog content, case studies, webinars, newsletters, videos, infographics, social media posts and communication supports.
Development of a BtoB editorial line for which you will be the guarantor, with a user-centric specific tone of voice for which you are responsible on all touch points.
Social media & communication (20%):
Definition of the editorial planning and its proper implementation by each stakeholder (social media accounts, newsletter and other actions to be defined).
Social media management: orchestration and promotion of our content through our LinkedIn and Twitter accounts, or any other relevant channel; analysis of our performance.
Management of our marketing campaigns with the Traffic Manager.
Management of the emailing database of our newsletter for the healthcare facilities leaders.
Influence (10%):
Strategic and editorial watch in order to propose topics related to healthcare ecosystem news, and to create activations in line with the content strategy.
Partnerships with relevant parties within the healthcare facilities ecosystem.
Participation in physical events dedicated to this target group of healthcare facilities leaders to build solid professional relationships.

You have a literary/journalism academic background or EHESP
You have a meaningful experience in writing specialized BtoB content (an experience in a SaaS company is a plus)
You have a in-depth knowledge of the French healthcare sector
You know how to deal with the expectations and challenges of a healthcare institution director
You demonstrated a strong ability to write editorial lines and to develop a content strategy
You already have an experience in the animation of professional social networks
You speak French and English fluently
