Our German team is expanding! As we seek to increase our growth effort in the German Market, we’re looking for an Account Executive to drive our sales and get the team to meet our ambitious targets.
Working hand-in-hand with the Managing Director in Germany, you will actively contribute to Hublo’s hyper-growth by seeking out new sales opportunities, improving the tools used by the team and steering the sales process directly. You will drive the sales initiative together with him and steer your pipeline from first contact to closure. You will be at the forefront of HR digitization in healthcare, and, as such, be revolutionizing the status-quo of the industry.
As such, your main goals will be to:
Strengthen the German footprint in healthcare
Sign >180k€ in new recurring revenues per semester, after a training & ramp-up period of 3 months
Sign one large contract (individual or group; ≥2K€ MRR)
Support continuous growth of Hublo Germany
Continuously drive product evolution potential by providing direct prospect feedback to strengthen product-market fit in Germany
Support the development of marketing content in a collaborative cross-team effort to push inbound lead generation and social media presence
Additional stakes
Bring significant contribution to Hublo product evolution by providing qualitative insights from prospect feedbacks
Use rigorously and enrich our internal tools, especially our CRM, our processes and our documentation
