What you will do: 
This role will be based in Paris, within CE MSS COO team and funtionaly part of our EMEA Markets Regulatory Change Team.
As the CE Reg. Change Portfolio Lead you will be working closely with colleagues across MSS 1LoD and 2LoDs to deliver a broad range of regulatory change. As part of your role, you will be delivering the solutions, processes, and systems to agreed time, cost, and compliance standards.
Senior Stakeholder management and communication will be second nature to you, and you will manage effective communication and stakeholder plans.
You will lead a portfolio of regulatory change, making sure the portfolio and its projects follow the HSBC change framework and ways of working, as well as managing a team of change professional, ensuring effective delivery of the book of work.
In this role you will:

•    Working with the GM business, IT, Compliance, to manage a portfolio of regulatory change that impacts our existing Markets Business.
•    Participate to support EMEA Regulatory Change Agenda 
•    Managing Programme Budgets and Resources to target 
•    Overseeing work streams to build business cases, business user requirements and functional specifications.
•    Ensuring Group and MSS Transformation Strategy is embedded within the CE portfolio.
•    Leading the end-to-end delivery, including development, testing and implementation of IT.
•    Setting objectives, reporting progress, and carefully managing delivery risks


Profil recherché

You should apply if you have: 
•    Can act as a change leader with the business leadership and wider Change team
•    Influence and collaborates with key stakeholders and business partners, building strong relationships to ensure consensus and influence change outcomes. Fosters open and honest communication which anticipates stakeholder expectations.
•    Plans effectively around delivery constraints and optimises the plan to maximise benefits and minimise risk.
•    Actively supports change within the programme plan/roadmap, handling changes as they arise and keeping stakeholders focused on the agreed change outcomes and benefits
•    Proactively supports development of performance metrics and measurements and dictates improvement plans to track and drive on time delivery and adherence to budget.
•    Anticipates and identifies existing or emerging risks/issues. Supports the tracking of strategic programme Risks /issues/ dependencies, supports impact assessment on the benefit realisation for the programme and takes action to minimise impact
