WHAT YOU’LL DO

As an Assistant Account Manager Intern, you’ll be an integral part of our client service team, helping us
deliver exceptional results:
• Market Intelligence & Analysis: Dive into market research, analyse trends, and contribute to
strategic positioning studies.
• Project Briefs: Craft internal briefings to kick-start new projects with precision.
• Creative Brainstorming: Participate in brainstorming sessions to fuel innovative communication
campaigns.
• Proposal Writing: Assist in drafting proposals for clients in English (and potentially French).
• Campaign Reporting: Prepare insightful post-campaign reports to showcase our success.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking a passionate marketing/communication student who is ready to make an impact:
• Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential. Canva and Adobe Suite is a plus.
• Languages: Excellent English writing skills are a must. We seek also additional foreign language
skills (French, Spanish, German, Italian). Knowledge of Japanese is a plus.
• Experience: Previous marketing internship experience is preferred but not required.
• Mandatory Internship Requirement: The internship must be a mandatory part of your academic program to qualify for a visa from Japanese immigration. Therefore, your school will need to provide
a document confirming that the internship is a requirement for graduation, and your graduation date must be after the end of the internship. Before applying, make sure that the internship agreement
provided by your school can cover the whole 6-month period of the internship.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Compensation: JPY 100,000 per month
• Transportation: Daily commute covered up to JPY 10,000 per month

• Location: Ebisu, Tokyo
• Position: Assistant Account Manager (Internship)
• Duration: October 2025-March 2026 - 6 months
• Hours: 9:30 AM – 12:30 // 14:00 – 6:00 PM (Mon-Fri)
